Your average ilevel is fine

The gear you have is fine for ICC25 and your DPS has been good enough on the evenings we have been recently so i will pass you.

I would say that the main thing you need to work on going forward is situational awareness including things like spotting when others are marked and moving away from any spalsh dmg etc. I'd generally like to see improvements in this area from all players so don't think i am singling anyone out.

Most of this will come from experience but you can work on this stuff outside of raids as well.
