Seems in the most recent changes to the patch notes for 3.3.3 this little change slipped in under the radar
Priest Tier-10 4-Piece Healing Set Bonus: Redesigned. This bonus now increases the effectiveness of the caster's Power Word: Shield and Renew spells by 5%.

Well that's kind of annoying. I've already geared around the fact that I only wanted the 2piece setbonus.
Oh well, I was running out of things to spend frost badges on and at least they announced this before I started trading badges for Saronite towards crafted legs =). 4piece, here I come!

Hello latest patch build notes. Strength of Wrynn reportedly now affecting shields.
