Nvm, you need to keep it up for 3% crit, which makes the talent and gcd somewhat worthwhile. And ofc, if alot of players did use the +hit buff it was useful for raid dps, if not used but only personal for the druid, gcd and talents was wasted as there are better places to spend them and get the +hit from gear instead. Theorycrafting from a few patches ago as I haven't raided bala for a while

Anyhow, as I use my healy gear mostly as caster dps I lack +hit heavily and would need to spec it to ensure I got the buff
