Very nice. That rogue post made me start a rogue (which I thought I'd never do), but now I'm back on track again! Thumbs Up

Nice bits of help in there. Downranking spells ftw

lootzor.com is nice, but it keeps telling me [The Sun King's Talisman] is the best neck I can get at our raid lvl, and wowhead doesn't tell me where it drops. Anyone know?

When you kill Kael Thas, he drops a verdant sphere which starts a quest.  This is one of the rewards from it.  Assume it's like the usual end boss head drop quest and only one in the raid can pick it.

Oh, I'll forget about ever getting this ahead of like 10-12 healers then Cheesy

Strange that it isn't listed as a quest reward tho

Just giving this a bump (and made it sticky) lots of new warlocks lately so I think everyone could do with having a read.  Smiley

EJ threads hurt my head tbh but I did read basically all of the link a long while back.

Fire is still weaker than Shadow due to the mana cost of immolate and relies on 200 haste to squeeze enough incinerates in... I tried it a month or two back, 1250 ish fire damage and sustained good damage but chugging mana pots isn't advisbale if there is high aoe damage. Shadow nuking is mana expensive too but less so, you cast 2 spells basically, CoD and SB (I do occasionally put CoE up if there are enough fire mages)

Warlocks should be top in Hyjal apart from very good mages, its easy over a full clear to sustain 3.3k dps due to Seed of Corruption on trash Shocked BT will be owned by hunters as it is mostly single target dps but locks can stay top 3 or 4 pretty comfortably Wink

One thing I have been playing with recently is haste over crit, for me i can go zero haste and 45% crit buffed or 200 haste and 30% crit, both with about 1400 shadow dmg. Haste requires chugging mana pots and a good shadowpriest to stop you going oom, life tapping can be used but i don't bother usually, laziness ftw Roll Eyes

Getting elemental shaman is also probably the single biggest boost you can get, 4% less hit needed, 101 extra spell damage and 3% extra crit ftw, with an SP you are laughing really and should never go oom, just spam, spam, spam, spam while watching TV tbh Tongue
