Ah I think that's just for the US version which was the essay. I don't recall the date that their contest closed, but it was a couple of weeks ahead of the EU one, so I guess the 2-3 weeks for invites to go out is about right

Several IG members recieved keys this morning - including arlia who had not used the volunteer/opt-in programme.

one guild member got an invite that I know of but it is unsure if it was from the contest or from the opt-in.
