Let me ask a question.

If I install this on my iphone and enable it on my battlenet account - what happens if I lose my iphone or it breaks?   Can you disable the authenticator once setup?

there are 2 ways of removing an authenticator:
1: log on to battle.net and choose to remove it and enter 2 unique codes
2: call blizzard and have some good proof that it's your account, like the game key and the answer to the secret question and stuff like that

Like Kamira said, 2 unique codes or contact blizz - if you lose your phone, your screwed.  You are also screwed if you restore your phone and download the app again without a proper backup/restore, as the program generates a different serial when you reinstall it.
